This dedication to quality and service is something the entire team at North View Engineering Services takes pride in—from our directors and engineers to our skilled shopfloor technicians.
PU Mould Tools
Polyurethane is one of the toughest and most wear-resistant engineering polymers available today. Precision components manufactured from high-performance polyurethane (PU) offer:
-
Exceptional cut and tear resistance
-
Outstanding abrasion resistance
-
Strong dynamic load-bearing capability
-
A wide operating temperature range
Because of these properties, polyurethane components are widely used in demanding sectors such as renewable energy and subsea engineering.
North View Engineering Services manufactures fabricated and machined mould tools for a wide range of industries, enabling the production of high-quality polyurethane components.
We can manufacture moulds directly from customer component drawings, or work from detailed design specifications for more complex geometries and sizes. Our team works closely with clients throughout the process to ensure each mould is produced to the precise standards required for consistent and repeatable production.
Depending on project requirements, mould tools can be fabricated or precision-machined from carbon steel or aluminium, ensuring durability, performance, and suitability for the intended manufacturing process.
At North View Engineering Services, we provide high-capacity precision machining, fabrication, and engineering support for demanding industrial sectors. Our facility is equipped with advanced machinery, experienced engineers, and fully coded welders, allowing us to deliver complex machining and fabrication projects to the highest industry standards.
