Our large scale heavy fabrication workshops, are manned by a skilled team of fabricators and welders with over 40 years experience. Our service offering allows us to offer design services, prototyping and full production runs. We can precision engineer products from various grades of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium as well as other exotic materials upon request.
We have a range of qualified weld procedures to cover all of the standard material grades we offer, and we have the capability to qualify new weld procedures in house to allow us to meet your exacting project requirements.

Welding is fully coded. Weld procedures qualified to both European and American standards, and are available on request, however, NVES organises itself around our clients requirements and regularly invests in updating its’ procedures / qualifications to suit the contract needs.

Our dedicated management team are very hands on in their management of projects. This gives our client a face they can relate to and also establishes a single point of contact to aid in communication.
We can guide you through changes or possible issues with designs, right through to final site installation or assembly. Nothing is too difficult for us to manage.
Communication is vital to the success of any project & we always keep our customers fully informed as to the status of their project. This can be done as a weekly or monthly report, or a simple phone call as and when required. We also welcome visits from our clients if they want to see their project come together.
